The new menu that we present to our guests is the FIXED PRICE MENU
The set of typical dishes of the Italian tradition.
Entrée
- CARRE' DI AGNELLO
Chuletas de cordero en costra de mostaza y pistacho.
Lamb chops in a mustard and pistachio crust.
Ingredientes: Carré de cordero, mostaza, pistachos.
Ingredients: Rack of lamb, mustard, pistachios. - INVOLTINI DI MELANZANE
Rollitos de berenjena con verduras y piñones.
Eggplant rolls with vegetables and pine nuts.
Ingredientes: berenjenas, zanahorias, pimientos rojos y amarillos, calabacín, cebolla, vino blanco, aceite de oliva virgen extra, piñones, sal.
Ingredients: aubergines, carrots, red and yellow peppers, zucchini, onion, white wine, extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, salt. - SARDE A BECCAFICO
Rollos de Sardinas rellenos de pistachos, pasas y pan rallado..

- RISOTTO DELLO CHEF
Risotto blanco con tomate y hierbas mediterráneas.
White Risotto with tomato and Mediterranean herbs.
Ingredientes: arroz carnaroli, tomates roma, tomates cherry, albahaca, salvia, romero, tomillo, mantequilla, aceite de oliva virgen extra.

Second Courses
- FILETTO DI BRANZINO
Lubina en costra de lemongrass con salsa de lima.
Sea bass in lemongrass crust with lime sauce.
Ingredientes: filete de lubina, tallos de limoncillo, hojas de lima kaffir, ensalada de wakame, vino blanco, cebolla, maicena, aceite de oliva virgen extra, sal.
Ingredients: sea bass fillet, lemongrass stalks, kaffir lime leaves, wakame salad, white wine, onion, cornstarch, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
Dessert
- SEMIFREDDO DI RICOTTA E FICHI
Semifreddo con ricotta e higos caramelizados en daquise de nuez.
Semifreddo with ricotta and caramelized figs in walnut daquise.Ingredientes: Ricotta, claras de huevos, azúcar, nueces, higos caramelizados, choccolato negro, nata, gelatina.
